Job description :
To pick up and answer telephone, as well as to inform particular caller on the destined person’s whereabouts if necessary.
To receive incoming guests and send them to relate parties.
To obtain as well as to give proper information to caller
To record important notes/take notes to be handed to related staffs or when respective staffs are not around.
In charge of the whole operations of front desk tasks (receiving telephones and giving necessary information to related parties)
In charge of incoming guests and send the guests to related parties
Responsible for gathering information, writing content, and distributing a monthly internal bulletin to keep all employees informed and engaged
Managing daily office catering, vendor coordination, and related administrative documentation
