Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development (Hunter Role)

  • Identify and acquire new customers in logistics, manufacturing, and chemical sectors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics / freight forwarding / B2B services

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets is a strong advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Willing to meet clients and work in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in freight forwarding, export-import, or customs brokerage

  • Existing network in manufacturing, chemical, or trading industries

  • Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes
