Collaborate with each Operations Manager on every project
Collaborate with back office teams(including HR, finance, IT)
Act as the main liaison with clients, responding to their needs and complaints in a timely manner
Build, lead, and motivate the team
Develop training systems and talent development programs to improve the team’s professional competencies
Establish performance evaluation indicators and implement reward and disciplinary systems
Report project progress regularly and maintain customer satisfaction
Identify potential business risks and develop contingency plans (such as data security, service disruptions, etc.)
Requirements:
Understand labor regulations and the market environment in Indonesia
Have relevant work experience in BPO
Have experience in e-commerce industry
Possess strong communication skills
Fluent in English & Mandarin, both spoken and written
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1)
Honest, resilient, diligent, and able to work under pressure
