Job Description:

1. Handling end to end recruitment processes (include onboarding, offbording, termination, etc.) 

2. Mass recruitment and psychological test

3. Manage HR Project administration (employee data, contracts, etc.)

4. Support payroll process and absence

5. Daily HR support

6. Support in engagement/company event


Requirements :

1. Graduated from Psychology/Management/Communication/Law majors

2. Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in HR, preferably with experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry

3. Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Docs

4. Good analytical skills, time management, public speaking, strong work motivation, and ability to work under pressure

5. Understanding employee administration management (employment contracts, attendance, employee database, BPJS, etc.)

6. Willing to work at Tebet, South Jakarta and comute to client site
