Infrastructure Engineers implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support commercial-off-the-shelf and bespoke ICT solutions spanning web/desktop applications, web services, and batch jobs built using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
Key duties and responsibilities
Duties may include some or all of the following:
- Provide ongoing support and technical administration for a variety of commercial and bespoke corporate applications in web and desktop environments
- Diagnose and resolve system issues and contribute to the resolution of incidents
- Plan, test, and execute patching activities to ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies and deliver system enhancements
- Write and review documentation and standard operating procedures
