About the Job
Your role as a Customer Relation & Crisis Management Intern will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Customer Service Department.

In This role, you will get to :
- Support the handling and resolution of customer issues (product loss, complaints, and order discrepancies) across marketplace platforms.
- Assist in managing dispute processes, including data preparation, submission, and monitoring to ensure high success rates.
- Monitor and report back order cases from own platform and marketplaces, ensuring follow-up within SLA (1x24 hours).
- Track and manage order cancellations, identify trends, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate reporting and collaborate with internal teams to improve issue resolution and prevent recurring customer problems.

What you'll need to Success:
- Fresh Graduates in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a willingness to take the initiative on design projects.
- Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing
- Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics
- Submission of a portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, especially projects related to brand communication, product promotion and event promotion.
- Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
