Our model leverages a decentralized ecosystem of partners including brokers, contractors, and consultants to drive scalability, speed, and local responsiveness in our property acquisition, construction, and turnover operations.
The Business Development Intern will support daily operational and administrative activities across various functions. Responsibilities include sourcing potential stakeholders, conducting outbound calls to developers, operators, and other business partners, maintaining and updating stakeholder databases, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting documentation and communication across departments. This role provides hands-on experience in company processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities :
Support day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.
Assist in communicating and following up with external stakeholders and internal teams.
Collect, verify, organize, and maintain operational data and documentation.
Update and maintain records in the company database, CRM, or other internal systems.
Prepare reports, presentation materials, and other documentation as required.
Support project execution and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications :
Final-year undergraduate (S1) student, fresh graduate, or Diploma (D3) graduate from any discipline (preferred: Urban Planning, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Communications).
Internship or student organization experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
Familiarity with CRM systems or data management is an advantage.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency.
Willing to support both office and field operations.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
