Job Summary:
The Accounting and Analyst Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions. This role ensures the accuracy of financial documents, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and efficient financial reporting. The Accounting and Analyst Assistant Manager plays a key role in month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (PSAK) and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Support audit exercise and processes.
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in accounting or equivalent
Between 3-5 years of experience in accounting field
Accreditation in Accountancy or CPA certification is an advantage
Strong analytical thinker, detail-oriented and have track record to work with operation team and other department, outside of finance department
Good communication in English both oral and writing
