Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
Minimum 4 years experience in Finance or Tax, preferably in the Shipping Industry.
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh Masa, PPN, Faktur Pajak, SPT Tahunan Badan).
Proficient in Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and online banking platforms for payment processing.
Strong Excel skills for tax recap, reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
Detail-oriented, able to manage monthly and yearly tax deadlines, and capable of handling payment-related tasks accurately.
Job Descriptions:
Review payment documents to ensure accuracy and validity.
Prepare project payment reports.
Manage company cash flow on a daily and monthly basis.
Conduct banking transactions including transfers, and other finance-related activities.
Prepare monthly tax calculations and recap for PPh Masa and VAT (PPN).
Perform monthly tax reconciliation for PPh Masa and PPN.
Prepare a list of withholding tax documents (Bukti Potong) for export to Coretax.
Create Output Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Keluaran).
Validate, credit, and ensure accuracy of Input Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Masukan).
Input and prepare Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
Assist in tax audit processes by preparing documents and supporting the tax examination requirements.
