We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales Account team. As a Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and ensuring a positive client experience. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales, whether or not they have prior BPO experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Promote and upsell products/services to meet sales targets.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain records of customer transactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve account goals.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Senior HS accepted).
- With or without BPO experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work onsite at the designated site.
- Goal?oriented and adaptable in a fast?paced environment.
