Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor mechanical construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Review mechanical plans, drawings, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct inspections and provide technical support for mechanical systems installation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Perform duties as the designated Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
- Monitor environmental compliance with DENR regulations and other applicable environmental laws.
- Prepare and submit environmental reports, permits, and documentation required by regulatory agencies.
- Implement pollution prevention and environmental management programs.
- Coordinate with government agencies during inspections and audits.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience as Mechanical Engineer in CONSTRUCTION SETTING
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred.
- Must have Pollution Control Officer (PCO) accreditation/training or relevant experience in environmental compliance.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine environmental laws and regulations.
- PCO accreditation or certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, project management, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
