Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and commission equipment at client sites
Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing
Diagnose technical issues and conduct repairs in a timely manner
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintenance records
Coordinate with internal teams for parts, upgrades, and technical concerns
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is an advantage)
With or without experience (experience in packaging machineries is an advantage)
Ability to interpret drawing is an advantage
Willing to travel and do fieldwork
Computer literate
