Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan Minimal S1 Psikologi/Manajemen

  7. Memiliki integritas tinggi, komitmen terhadap perusahaan, aktif dan cekatan dalam bekerja, mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan (sistem, prosedur, teknologi, dsb)

  8. Bersedia Penempatan : Bati-Bati, Kalimantan Selatan

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Menyelenggarakan training karyawan dan memastikan setiap karyawan mendapatkan training kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan sesuai dengan jabatannya.

  2. Menyusun matriks kompetensi.

  3. Menghitung workload analysis dan rencana tindak lanjutnya.

  4. Membuat rencana program pengembangan organisasi.
