Job Responsibilities:
I. Core Financial Responsibilities:
- Payroll & Compensation Budgeting: Supervise and review the accuracy of the company’s daily payroll operations, social security (BPJS), and attendance data to ensure precise monthly budgeting and fund preparation.
- Termination & Settlement Verification: Oversee and audit the calculation of termination payments, proportional/fractional day compensations, maternity leave balances, and THR (Religious Holiday Allowance), ensuring all methods are financially clear and risk-free.
- Asset & Facility Procurement Control: Manage and review general affairs (GA) and utility procurement requests (such as facility modifications, partitions, or office supplies) before they are submitted to the Purchasing department, ensuring all expenses strictly align with the approved budget.
- Financial Compliance & Alignment: Ensure all financial compensations and employment schemes strictly comply with Indonesian Employment Law (including PP35/2021) to prevent any potential labor disputes or legal penalties.
- Executive Authorization & Group Governance: Maintain absolute alignment with internal corporate governance by ensuring all high-risk financial settlements, compensation structures, and payroll changes receive senior executive sign-offs(including Simon S.’s signature) and are synchronized with Group HR for audit
II. Strategic HR Partnership & Lifecycle Operations:
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR and organizational matters, providing data-driven workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, structured onboarding, performance management (KPIs), training, and professional development.
- Contract Transition Operations: Establish and monitor the operational standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract management, specifically guiding the transition process from PKWT to PKWTT after 5 years of service
III. Employee Relations & External Liaison:
- Industrial Relations Management: Lead internal conflict resolution, manage employee grievances, and oversee the legal issuance of disciplinary measures (such as warning letters/SP) in accordance with company regulations.
- Audit Readiness & Compliance: Maintain robust personnel and operational records to ensure the factory is fully prepared for local government labor inspections(Disnaker) and external international client audits.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with other business leaders (such as Finance, Production, and Procurement) to optimize internal workflows and operational effectiveness.
IV. General Affairs & Facilities Management:
- Office & Security Administration: Direct the overall administrative operations of the factory, including office management, corporate security, and company asset protection.
- Workplace Welfare Maintenance: Coordinate with the utility and maintenance teams to execute workplace improvements, ensuring proper partition and arrangement of employee welfare facilities (such as medical rooms/polyclinics and rest areas).
- Continuous Process Optimization: Constantly evaluate and refine HRGA workflows, internal sign-off policies, and cost-control measures to maximize institutional efficiency.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Legal & Financial Literacy: Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law(Omnibus Law / Law No. 6 of 2023) and practical experience in cost-control, budgeting, and labor court (PHI) procedures.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to manage everyday operational tasks while maintaining high-level alignment with executive leadership.
- Language:Excellent English as working Language.
