Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Elektro/Elektronika/Instrument

  2. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Electrical/Instrument/Automation

  3. Mengetahui spesifikasi peralatan Electric/Instrument/Automation

  4. Pengetahuan tentang jadwal maintenance.

  5. Mahir dalam penggunaan Ms. Office.

  6. Mampu berbahasa inggris menjadi nilai tambah.


Jobdesk:

  1. Melakukan perencanaan kerja seperti jadwal perawatan harian, mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan serta shutdown untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional pabrik selama 24 jam/hari.

  2. Melakukan koordinasi terhadap team preventive maintenance sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.

  3. Membuat schedule PM, CM di sistem D365.

  4. Membuat dan mengontrol schedule kalibrasi.

  5. Membuat permintaan spare part untuk kebutuhan perbaikan, perawatan, dan improvement peralatan EIA dari inventory.

  6. Melakukan monitoring control terhadap semua yang sudah di dokumentasi oleh admin dan document control, membuat laporan mingguan, bulanan, tahunan dan laporan progress planned/unplanned shutdown.

  7. Membuatpermintaan pekerjaan eksternal (jasa) di D365.

  8. Membuat permintaan penambahan Asset di D365.
