DRAFTER

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil.

2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun diposisi yang sama

3. Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar kerja.

4. Mampu mengoperasikan software AUTOCAD (keharusan), SKETCHUP (nilai tambah).

5. Mampu membuat BQ.

6. Memiliki daya analisa dan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah.

7. Pandai berkomunikasi termasuk kemampuan untuk negosiasi.

8. Dapat bekerja team/individu.

Jobdesk :

1. Membuat dan merevisi gambar kerja dan gambar terpasang untuk struktur sipil (fondasi, kolom, balok, pelat lantai, drainase, dll.)

2. Menggunakan AutoCAD dan perangkat lunak desain lainnya untuk menghasilkan gambar yang memenuhi standar teknis.

3. Menyesuaikan gambar berdasarkan kondisi lapangan dan perubahan desain.

4. Mengelola dan mengarsipkan gambar secara sistematis (soft and hard copies).

5. Membuat perhitungan dan menganalisa BQ.
