IT Developer (Work From Home)

Role Description

The IT Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end systems that support Anradus’ internal operations. This role suits someone who is comfortable working across frontend and backend layers, uses AI tools intelligently to accelerate development, and proactively researches and solves problems to complete projects effectively.

You will work closely with the team to design, build, test, and continuously improve systems that matter. Anradus values initiative, collaboration, learning ability, and long-term system quality as much as technical skill.

Position Title: IT Developer (Work From Home)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Salary: Up to IDR 6,000.000 + Objective Bonus + other perks
Duration: Full-time and Permanent

Specific Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend components.
• Translate product or business requirements into practical, working technical solutions.
• Build responsive and maintainable frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and database integrations to support system functionality.
• Use AI tools (e.g. code assistants, research tools, debugging aids) thoughtfully to improve development speed and code quality.
• Conduct technical research to evaluate tools, frameworks, and approaches when solving new or unfamiliar problems.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code aligned with internal standards.
• Collaborate with team members on system design, implementation, debugging, and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and propose practical, scalable solutions.
• Support continuous system improvement rather than short-term fixes.

Competencies

Technical Skills

• Experience working as a IT Developer.
• Comfortable with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vite, or similar).
• Experience in backend development (e.g. Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic system integration.
• Prior experience with PostgreSQL is an added advantage.
• Able to understand, navigate, and extend existing co debases.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Familiarity with DevOps basics, deployment processes, or cloud environments.
• Experience improving workflows or systems beyond assigned coding tasks.
