Fokus Target as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Lenovo, Grab, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years. We are also able to pivot our business during a pandemic and grow even stronger by keeping adding teams and launching new services.________________________________________
Responsibilities:
• Support the manager in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support the manager in executing and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports & analysis.
• Support branding initiatives and marketing communication strategies.
• Manage timelines, coordinate projects, and oversee campaign deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Integrated Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (comfortable with formulas, Pivot Tables, and data management).
• Experienced in running and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (B2B/B2C).
• Understanding of B2B Marketing Funnels (Lead Generation) and B2C engagement strategies
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus.
