Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of our aesthetic clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise branch operations to achieve monthly KPIs.
Monitor sales, productivity, and service quality with clear corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, clinical workflows, consent forms, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and follow up on implementation.
Coach and develop branch managers, therapists, and frontliners.
Analyse operational data and submit performance reports with practical solutions not just numbers.
Work closely with Management and Medical Director to continuously improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience (aesthetic, healthcare, retail, or hospitality preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to identify problems early and implement effective corrective actions.
Highly organised, accountable, and able to work independently.
Comfortable managing multiple branches and driving performance.
