Placement: Creative Agency
Working Day/Hour: Mon - Fri / 8am - 5pm WIB
Contract: 6 - 12 months
Arrangement: Remote
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a dedicated full-time position. We do not accept candidates holding a second job or freelance projects that overlap with our core working hours (8AM - 5PM WIB). However, taking on side jobs outside of these hours is completely fine.
Job Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling video content that aligns with our brand and campaign objectives.
- Implement motion graphics, visual effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling.
- Trim footage segments, add music, voiceovers, and subtitles as needed.
- Optimize videos for social media distribution, ensuring the best format, length, and resolution for each platform.
- Stay up-to-date with current video trends, social media algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and storage.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with a portfolio of social media video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media video trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good understanding of the English language
- Experience working with English language interview and talking head video format.
- Experience working with brands, influencer, or digital marketing teams is a plus point.
