Job Summary:
• Prepare summary WHT and make WHT Payable reconciliation every month.
• Reconcile and control VAT In, VAT out and VAT Payable to ensure no outstanding items.
• Reconcile prepaid taxes and follow up to related divisions if there were outstanding items.
Job Description:
• Recapitulate WHT to be submitted to Corporate Tax Team
• Reconcile WHT payable to ensure any outstanding items can be addressed properly.
• Recapitulate tax invoice and PIB to be submitted to Corporate Tax team.
• Reconcile VAT In, monitor outstanding VAT In to ensure it can be claimed on time.
• Monitor rejected tax invoice and PIB to ensure it can be revised and reported in the following month.
• Reconcile prepaid taxes and follow up to related divisions if there were outstanding items.
• Provide data for tax audit and ensure its timeliness submission and accuracy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fiscal Administration or Accounting with minor in Taxation.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply! Having internship experience in Tax related role will be an advantage.
• Having a good communication skill in English is a plus.
• Familiar with Ms. Office.
