This is the operational backbone of the creator program. Your job is to handle high-volume, repeatable tasks with speed and accuracy — so the Affiliate Managers can stay focused on creator relationships and SKU activation. Success means the program runs smoothly behind the scenes because of you.
How will you achieve success:
- Detail-oriented and accurate — data errors create downstream problems; you take ownership of getting it right the first time.
- Proactive communicator — flags blockers, open questions, and low-stock alerts before they become problems for the team.
- Process-driven — follows established SOPs reliably and suggests improvements when you identify a better way. Fast and organized — manages high volume across multiple Affiliate Managers without letting tasks fall through the cracks.
- Responsive — operates in a time zone-aware manner and maintains clear turnaround commitments with the US-based team.
- Continuous learner — actively builds knowledge of TikTok Shop mechanics, creator program workflows, and the ecommerce context that surrounds the work.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or program support roles.
- High proficiency in English — written communication with US-based team and external creators.
- Experience with CRM or database tools — data entry, record maintenance, quality checks.
- Organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage high-volume tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight turnarounds. Reliable internet connectivity and availability aligned to US business hours (partial overlap required).
Preferred experience:
- Experience supporting creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing programs.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop — platform navigation, affiliate setup, content tagging.
- Background with ecommerce operations (marketplace fulfillment, inventory coordination, order management).
- Experience with tools like Circle, Grin, Impact, or similar creator CRM platforms.
- Prior work in a distributed team or offshore operations role supporting a US-based business.
