Job Responsibilities – Financial Account

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions regarding banking, credit card, loans, insurance, or other financial products.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payment processing, and transaction disputes.
  • Explain account information, fees, payment options, and company policies accurately.
  • Verify customer information while maintaining data privacy and security.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and account updates.
  • Meet quality assurance, compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Job Responsibilities – Healthcare Account

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats from patients, healthcare providers, or insurance members.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, benefit verification, eligibility inquiries, and claims status.
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, coverage, billing, and member benefits.
  • Process requests and update customer records while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and member information in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and meet established quality and performance standards.
