Job Responsibilities – Financial Account
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions regarding banking, credit card, loans, insurance, or other financial products.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payment processing, and transaction disputes.
- Explain account information, fees, payment options, and company policies accurately.
- Verify customer information while maintaining data privacy and security.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account updates.
- Meet quality assurance, compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Job Responsibilities – Healthcare Account
- Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats from patients, healthcare providers, or insurance members.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, benefit verification, eligibility inquiries, and claims status.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, coverage, billing, and member benefits.
- Process requests and update customer records while ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and member information in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and meet established quality and performance standards.

Qualifications:
• Open to applicants with BPO experience (Financial/Collections experience is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work in a Hybrid or Onsite setup
