Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding financial accounts.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account balances.
- Provide accurate information about account status, payment options, and company policies.
- Negotiate payment solutions while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and document all interactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Qualifications:
