Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding financial accounts.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account balances.
  • Provide accurate information about account status, payment options, and company policies.
  • Negotiate payment solutions while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and document all interactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
