Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Creative Designer at Monster Interactive:

On any given day, you will

·         Design compelling, brand-right visual assets for web, social media, mobile, and email, transforming concepts into polished reality.

·         Collaborate closely with AI Content Designers to visualize data and narratives, and with Presentation Layer Developers to create prototypes and pixel-perfect UI/UX for digital experiences.

·         Assist in creating motion graphics and editing short-form video for social campaigns, case studies, and client presentations.

·         Support the Client Engagement team by designing high-impact presentation decks and mockups that clearly and persuasively sell our creative vision.

·         Work within and help maintain our clients' brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

The ideal person

·         Has a strong creative portfolio that showcases a great eye for typography, layout, color, and motion.

·         Is a natural collaborator, able to take feedback and build upon ideas with other creatives, strategists, and developers.

·         Is obsessed with digital trends, new tools, and different types of media.

·         Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple tasks at once.

·         Is passionate about the entire creative process, from the first brief to the final asset.

You bring

·         Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

·         A strong portfolio (from academic, internship, or personal projects) that demonstrates your design skills across a range of media.

·         Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Pro Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

·         Familiarity with motion design (After Effects) and UI/UX design (Figma, Sketch) is a major plus.

·         A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in one of the following areas:
