Responsibility:
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the business.
Manage direct and indirect sales channels and key customer accounts.
Build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Identify new market opportunities and monitor industry trends.
Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, contracts, and collections.
Support major technical and commercial projects.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while managing performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in direct sales, account management, or business development in the Drive & Control Technology industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze sales data, financial metrics, and market trends.
Experience with CRM systems, pipeline reporting, and SAP.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of business ethics and compliance.
Established network or experience in industries such as Mining, Power, Paper, Food & Beverage, Palm Oil, Ports, and Material Handling.
