Job Responsibilities:
• Negotiate prices and prepare price comparisons for indirect material purchases
• Create and send Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers
• Follow up on incoming goods for indirect material purchases
• Generate and organize OTD, PR to PO, and BTFG reports from Odoo into Excel
• Review user requests and check stock availability related to ICT equipment, showroom, and counter needs
Requirements:
• Fresh graduate or active university student in 5th or 6th semester
• Responsible and eager to learn
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas
• Able to work well in a team and coordinate with other departments
