Job Qualifications:
Very good in written & verbal communication, press release writing, speech writing, internal communication drafting, editing & proofreading
Corporate Communication Skills Media relations & PR management, brand positioning & reputation management, stakeholder communication, content development (website, IG, LinkedIn, etc.), writing speeches or executive messaging.
CSR program planning & execution, impact assessment & social impact measurement.
Stakeholder Management Skills Relationship management (internal & external), negotiation skills, cross-functional coordination, vendor & NGO coordination.
Digital & Technical Skills Social media management, basic graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop), MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
Leadership & initiative, problem-solving, adaptability, and public speaking confidence.
Job Descriptions:
Documenting important company documents including but not limited to the register of shareholders, agenda of minutes of the Board of Commissioners Meeting, Board of Directors Meeting, General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), and Company Deed.
Carry out the management of work and residence permits of the Board of Commissioners and Directors with foreign citizenship and Foreign Workers (TKA) in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
Carry out Company Event and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities organized by the company.
Carry out internal administrative activities of Corporate Secretary.
Manage the Company’s information and publications through the Company’s communication channels (social media, website, email, etc).
