Job Duties :
Responsible for the implementing of claims SOP as well as to ensure continuous improvements to be more efficient and effective in managing the daily operations. Controls and risk management should be intact to ensure the operational functions within the compliance scope, and cost-effective.
Qualifications :
Medical Doctor Background;
Skills in planning and delivering initiatives;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong relationship management skills;
Strong leadership, team building, coaching and influencing skills;
Engaging, advising, influencing internal/external stakeholders at senior levels;
At least 5 years experience in Life and Health Insurance specially EB Business operations;
At least 5 years experience managing team in related department.
