Daily Worker Steward

About the Role

PISON Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Daily Worker (DW) Steward to join our culinary team in Bali. In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas, ensuring a safe, organized, and hygienic environment while adhering to food safety and company standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and cookware according to hygiene standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, stewarding, and storage areas

• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of kitchen equipment and utensils

• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of garbage disposal areas

• Refill cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damaged equipment

• Support the kitchen team by providing clean equipment and utensils during service

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene standards at all times

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen equipment as needed

• Keep floors, sinks, drains, and other work areas clean and free from hazards

• Assist with other stewarding and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Steward, or in a similar role is an advantage

• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene practices

• Knowledge of food safety and workplace cleanliness standards

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Physically fit and able to perform tasks involving standing, lifting, and repetitive movements

• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
