Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning -> Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, fostering a collaborative environment and establishing a shared vision for project success.
  • Resource Management -> Manage resource allocations and workload assignments in strict alignment with delivery requirements and projected financial performance.
  • Ensuring Project Reliability -> Rigorously evaluate plans and dependencies while monitoring estimates, schedules, and deviations to maintain project integrity.
  • Optimizing Outcomes -> Formulate and propose strategic adjustments to maintain delivery objectives while ensuring customer sign-off on all critical milestones.
  • Transparent Collaboration -> Foster a professional and transparent environment among all stakeholders, including the delivery team, client, and client partners.
  • Smart Optimization -> Identify and propose process improvements, cost optimization strategies, and time-saving measures to enhance project efficiency.
  • Risk & Issue Management -> Proactively identify potential risks and blockers, establish mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution to keep the project on track.
  • Leadership & Mentoring -> Inspire, motivate, and guide the delivery team, fostering accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • 7+ years of experience in coordinating complex IT projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to identify optimal solutions across diverse contexts, evaluating multiple alternatives, anticipated outcomes, and potential risks.
  • Strong strategic planning skills and methodology adaptation, combined with team management skills to drive alignment and achieve common objectives.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline in dynamic environments.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & German language
