Manage the application, renewal, and formal correspondence processes regarding business licenses, products, and services to Bank Indonesia (BI) and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
Ensure the accuracy, validity, and timeliness of routine and incidental report submissions to regulators (BI/OJK).
Formulate, review, update, and socialize internal policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant to applicable laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Actively monitor the latest regulatory changes and developments, and conduct gap analysis on business and operational processes.
Provide compliance advice, legal recommendations, and guidance to business units regarding new product developments and strategic project implementations.
Perform other compliance-related duties as defined subsequently based on organizational needs.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Accounting, Management, or a related relevant field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of working experience in Compliance or Legal within the financial services industry (Fintech, Banking, or Multifinance is highly preferred)
Possess a Risk Management Certification (BSMR) or relevant professional compliance certification (preferred).
Hold a relevant professional license or certification if required.
Deep and comprehensive understanding of Bank Indonesia Regulations (PBI) and OJK Regulations (POJK).
Strong technical ability in drafting legal documents, internal policies, and procedures (Legal Drafting).
Fluency and hands-on experience in operating regulatory reporting systems (such as SPRINT, EASE, or similar platforms).
Excellent legal research and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with external parties, particularly Regulators.
Strong Stakeholder Management skills to bridge internal needs with regulatory mandates.
High level of integrity and a strong attention to detail.
