Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, inventory control, and material requirements planning (MRP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in advanced MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good command of English is preferred; Mandarin is an advantage..
