Job Description:
Monitor and maintain equipment & facilities of the designated property. Inspect, test, repair, install, and modify electrical components & systems.
Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, safety, & operational efficiency of the workplace. This staff-level role focuses on performing routine inspections, executing minor repairs, & assisting with workspace setups to maintain a safe and functional environment for all employees and visitors.
Focuses on the general, hands-on care of the immediate workplace facilities. It covers routine daily maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and administrative support for workspace logistics. The role is limited to minor repairs and preventative upkeep, with complex technical, structural, or licensed engineering tasks outsourced to specialized external contractors.
Qualifications:
- Can be a high school or vocational graduate
- Can be a holder of a Technical Educational Skills Development (TESDA) certificate
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in building facilities or general maintenance is an advantage.
