Job Description:
Accountable to Waste Management Solutions, Special Projects, and Total Integrated Solutions Department
Responsible for combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide solutions that meet customer needs. The key responsibilities include:
- Sales and Business Development
- Product Knowledge & Solutions Development
- Technical Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support & After-Sales Service
- Bidding
- Management of Collection
- Management of Reports
- Internal Business Perspective
- Other Task
Scope: Supports Senior Sales Engineer in solution selling to prospects, executing strategic deals, modeling financial business cases, and matching customer requirements to proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial or any related field)
- Licensed Engineer (preferred and would be an advantage)
- At least 1-2 years of knowledge and experience in technical sales, project sales, or business development which include Project Bidding.
- Experience in government bidding and procurement is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered
- Willingness and readiness to travel in hospital with proposed or planned site for medical waste facility, anywhere in the Philippines.
