· Key in customer orders and ensure accuracy of information.
· Create and maintain customer accounts in the system.
· Prepare and process paperwork, forms, and supporting documents.
· Update and maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
· Handle data entry and administrative support duties.
· Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
· Assist with document preparation, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
· Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administration / Office Management or related field
· Basic administrative or office working experience is an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge in SQL software is an advantage
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is an added advantage
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
· Able to work independently and in a team
· Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
