What you'll be doing

You'll play a hands-on role across the full product and launch lifecycle, including:

?? Market planning & product development

  • Track and analyse competitor launches, pricing, and market trends to shape product strategy

  • Contribute to the development of new, market-driven property products from concept to launch

  • Prepare Product Briefs for the Product Development Department

  • Attend product engagement meetings with internal teams and external consultants, providing valuable marketing input

  • Review SPA drawings, car park allocations, and by-laws agreements to ensure product accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinate with model makers and consultants to ensure scale models are accurate and launch-ready

? Pricing strategy & launch readiness

  • Compile and analyse key data — costing, land listings, comparable plans, land-related costs — to support pricing papers

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare pricing presentation slides for the Property Development Community Meeting

  • Consolidate final pricing details and coordinate with the APDL, A&P, and Sales Admin teams to ensure smooth submission and preparation of materials

  • Assist in preparing launch schedules and sales forecasts for the financial year

  • Set up and review Marketing Cost & Selling Expenses in the BPC system in coordination with township teams

? Marketing strategy & campaign support

  • Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing marketing strategies

  • Help plan and manage sales campaigns, evaluating the effectiveness of each activity

  • Assist in monitoring product readiness to ensure timely and successful launches

? Stakeholder collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments, external consultants, and business units

  • Contribute to a collaborative environment that balances profitability, sustainability, and stakeholder expectations

What you'll bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline

  • At least 3 years of experience in property development, with exposure to market planning, pricing, or product development

  • Strong coordination and organisational skills — you can manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball

  • Good communication and presentation skills — you're comfortable putting together slides and presenting ideas clearly

  • A collaborative, can-do attitude — you work well with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with BPC system or similar planning tools

  • Familiarity with SPA documentation, property pricing processes, or launch planning
