We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will bor providing excellent support to our customers, resolving inquiries efficiing a positive experience at every
interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and
courteous manner.
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work the assigned schedule (12:00 NOON - 9:00 PM, Monday to
Saturday).
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
