Property Custodian / Security Personnel
Job Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate.
- At least 1 year of experience as a security personnel or property custodian.
- Physically and mentally fit with good moral character.
- Basic knowledge of facility operations and property maintenance.
- Basic understanding of safety and emergency protocols (fire safety, evacuation procedures).
- Ability to identify and report maintenance and safety hazards.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if the role requires it.
- Willing to stay in on the barracks.
Job Description:
Property Management & Premises Oversight
- Inform and ensure that employees, guests, and customers understand and adhere to established property guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and monitoring of the premises to maintain general order, assess the condition of the facility, and ensure a visible, helpful presence.
- Manage main access points, ensuring all guests and visitors sign in upon arrival and exit to maintain a secure and organized environment.
- Ensure company property and equipment remain safe, clean, and secure from external risks.
Reporting & Documentation
- Identify and promptly report any safety hazards, facility damages, or maintenance needs directly to management.
- Maintain accurate daily logs regarding property conditions, visitor traffic, and general activities on the premises.
- Document any unusual occurrences, property damages, or non-compliance incidents, providing detailed and accurate records to management.
Incident Response & Assistance
- Provide assistance, directions, and customer service to clients, employees, and guests as needed.
- Respond promptly to facility alarms, emergencies, or urgent situations to mitigate property damage and ensure occupant safety.
- Coordinate with external emergency services or relevant authorities if a critical property or safety issue arises.
