We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Staff to support our end-to-end recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment documentation, onboarding support, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and applicant databases
- Assist in job offer preparation and onboarding activities
- Create recruitment advertisements and social media content
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or applicant sourcing
- Familiar with JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Bossjob, or similar platforms
- Experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Proficient in Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and AI tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
