What You'll Do
Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the affiliate community.
Build strong relationships with affiliates and become their primary point of contact.
Plan and activate affiliate campaigns to support digital sales and marketing initiatives.
Create engaging communication and educational content for affiliates.
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams to maximize campaign success.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, community management, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, social commerce, and e-commerce.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
Creative, proactive, and passionate about community building.
