The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing merchandising activities across assigned retail locations. This role ensures that products are properly displayed, promotional materials are implemented according to company standards, and merchandising teams perform effectively to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure merchandising standards, planograms, and display guidelines are consistently implemented across all assigned outlets.
- Achieve target compliance rates for product placement, shelf share, and promotional displays.
- Manage, coach, and develop merchandisers to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and overall team effectiveness.
- Ensure all assigned stores are visited according to the approved schedule.
- Optimize field activities to maximize store coverage and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of promotional activities, special displays, and product launches.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional executions in assigned outlets.
Job Requirements
- College Level Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, sales, or trade marketing.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
