HIRING: Customer Service Representatives
Location: Taguig / McKinley Area
Salary Package: ?20,000 – ?27,000/month
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
We are currently pooling candidates for an upcoming Customer Service Representative role with one of our BPO clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, email, or tickets
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding customer concerns
- Resolve basic issues and escalate complex concerns to the proper team
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers
- Meet quality, attendance, and productivity standards
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig/McKinley
- Amenable to shifting or night shift schedule
