Bertanggung jawab atas stabilitas dan optimasi proses cetak Mesin Printing, dengan fokus pada konsistensi warna (brand-sensitive), efisiensi material, serta pengendalian defect kritikal.


Tanggung Jawab Utama

Trial & New Product Development

  • Lead printing trial untuk New design / artwork

  • Menentukan standard setting sebelum mass production

  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim prepress terkait: Plat/Cylinder engraving spec & Color separation

Control dan Optimasi Proses cetak:

  • Menentukan Parameter Kritikal pada Viscosity, Doctor Blade, Web Tension dsb

  • Mengoptimalkan performa Cylinder/Plat Cetak

  • Mengontrol Ink Consuption

Deffect Analysis & Troubleshooting

  • Melakukan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) berbasis data proses

  • Melakukan Implementasi corrective & preventive action (CAPA)

Material & Ink Optimization

  • Evaluasi kompatibilitas: pada Substrate (paperboard, foil, film) & Ink system (paste)

  • Mengurangi waste (start-up waste & running waste)

  • Optimasi penggunaan tinta tanpa mengorbankan kualitas visual
