Key Accountabilities:
· Monitor daily production activities and support supervisors to ensure output meets targets.
· Coordinate manpower, materials, and machine readiness for production.
· Track production performance, efficiency trends, and downtime, and highlight issues to management.
· Work closely with QA/QC, Maintenance, Store/Yard, and Planning to ensure smooth operations.
· Assist in identifying production issues and support troubleshooting with relevant teams.
· Prepare and update production reports, records, and operational data accurately.
· Follow up on production plans and ensure timely execution of scheduled activities.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve workflow.
· Ensure proper discipline, housekeeping, and adherence to work procedures on the production floor.
· Ensure adherence to the company’s Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) by following all relevant procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements, and promptly reporting any quality issues, environmental concerns, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
· Perform any other production?related tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Management.
