About the Role
PISON Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking Cook Helper to join our culinary team in Bali. In this role, you will support the kitchen team with food preparation, maintain cleanliness and organization, and help ensure smooth daily kitchen operations while upholding quality and food safety standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients following food safety standards
Support stock rotation (FIFO) and assist with inventory as needed
Wash kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils to maintain a clean working environment
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene throughout the kitchen
Assist the kitchen team with other operational tasks to ensure efficient service
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Cook Helper, Kitchen Helper, or in a similar role is an advantage
Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen hygiene practices
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior kitchen staff
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for the hospitality industry
