QA Technician (Incoming Quality Control - IQC)


Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Technician (IQC) to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing dimensional inspection and verification of incoming materials using precision measuring equipment such as CMM, OMM, and IM-X. This role plays a critical part in ensuring incoming materials meet quality standards before production.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform dimensional inspection and verification of incoming materials using CMM, OMM, IM-X, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Verify product dimensions and specifications based on engineering drawings and quality standards.
  • Record, analyze, and report measurement results accurately.
  • Set up and execute measurement programs and inspection fixtures.
  • Assist in developing or modifying measurement programs when required.
  • Maintain dimensional inspection records and ensure traceability of inspection data.
  • Support Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities, supplier material verification, and quality investigations.
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of measurement equipment.
  • Work closely with QA Engineers to improve inspection accuracy and efficiency


Job Qualifications


  • Technical/Vocational graduate, Associate Degree, or Senior High School graduate with relevant technical training.
  • At least 1 year of experience in dimensional inspection or quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using CMM, OMM, IM-X, or similar measuring equipment.
  • Experience with KEYENCE IMX/LMX or Mitutoyo CMM/OMM is an advantage.
  • Can read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Laguna

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
