- Assist the Marketing Lead through the organization and administrative work for the company’s various projects.
- Develop effective campaign ideas by understanding the prospective customers’ preferences to drive more leads and create awareness of both internal and external projects aligning to business strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts by studying relevant information and materials to effectively choose the appropriate media and style to meet objectives.
- Create assets to visually communicate to help the business achieve its objectives.
- Work closely with and follow the guidance provided by the Creative Lead to continue to develop and ensure the consistency of the brand’s visual identity.
- Refine and improve designs based on the feedback from project leads and executives.
- Staying abreast of emerging design trends and new innovations to incorporate in all efforts for a more effective approach.
- Perform research in order to come up relative theme proposals for the company’s various projects.
- Seasonal Events such as Chinese New Year and Mooncake Festival.
- Plan and organize effectively to serve as one of the contact points in the whole events of process of planning, execution, and implementation.
- Manage event logistics including, but not limited to venue selection, food and drink selection, live entertainment, photo and video coverage, audio-visual equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, determine prices, and track overall expenses to accomplish administrative work such as Request of Budget (RFP) and Liquidation
