Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
Build secure and scalable API solutions for internal and external systems.
Integrate third-party platforms, payment services, and partner solutions.
Create and maintain API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
Monitor API performance, availability, and error rates.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and connectivity issues.
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure API reliability.
Optimize API performance through caching and efficient data handling.
Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, and product teams.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in API or backend development.
Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel), Golang, or Node.js.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman.
Experience with MySQL/MariaDB and Redis.
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API security best practices.
Understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience integrating payment systems or third-party platforms.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Experience with API Gateway solutions.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
