Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day personal and administrative tasks.
Liaise with notary offices, banks, and other external parties.
Handle document processing, submissions, and follow-ups.
Assist with financial administration and expense management.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and errands.
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide confidential and reliable support for both business and personal matters of the executive.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Highly trustworthy with strong integrity and professionalism.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to manage schedules and work under dynamic deadlines.
Willing and able to travel locally for meetings, banking, document processing, and other business errands, as well as out-of-town business trips when required.
Excellent communication skills in English.
